I always weigh myself in the morning just after I wake up and I dont know why my weight just goes up and down depending on the day.. it’s weirds me out how can I be 283 one morning and then 291 the next. I’ve been staying away from junk food, counting my calories.. and yet the days aren’t all the same. I was so happy to have said goodbye to the 90’s but yesterday I was in them. This morning just bordeline 289.. it’s frustrating. Yes I can’t expect to lose 10 pounds in a week but I would like it if my scale said something one day and didnt add 10 pounds the next.. grrr. I guess there’s alot of things about my body that I don’t comprehend.
