Issue with exercising
My biggest problème is being out of breath I can’t seem to keep at anything more then 10-15 minutes.. ( I mean zumba classes, running, jazzercise) how in the world can I keep motivated to go at it again when I can’t breath after 10-15 minutes.. I am really embarassed.. it’s sad.. i’m only 32!!!
I can walk for ages that I have no issues with and do alot.. but a non stop demanding exercise pretty much kills me.
Anyone know how to work at it.. do I do 10 minutes one day, then 11 the next and move up a minute everyday.. will I get used to it.. right now I’m just a bit down about it all.
I’ll go swiming tonight that will cheer me up.
