Silly Kitten
A new low… 284!

Wow was I happy to see the 284.8 on my scale this morning.. I could have reached that probably Sunday but since I cheated a little this weekend.. with sushi and pizza.. I couldnt really expect that.. but I reached it this morning.

Everyday keeps bein a battle.. a battle with myself to only eat when I am hungry and to stop when I am full.. I have the ‘clean plate syndrome’ been drilled with it since I was very little… so I try to only put on my plate what I should eat not what I think I need…  Yes there is a difference there.. it’s like when you are sttttttttttttarving you could eat a horse.. well I try to put the baby chicken on my plate and see if a horse is really necessary. lol I would say that 10 times out of 10.. baby chicken was just great.

For the ones wondering what I am doing (even though if you look back you’ll see that I’m not losing more then 1-2 pounds a week, so for some it seems very slow) I am not droing much.. honeslty I’ve only decided to go about changing my eating habits (and no i’m not on a diet or starving myself or cutting out alot of things).. I’m just controlling portions and food source. I still have jujubes (they are my absolutely favorite and salty sunflower seeds) but I avoid any type of fried food.. even though I might let myself get tempted with fries but always about 1/3 of a regular portion.

I’ve also started going hiking every 2nd saturday… 2hours in the mountain.. ok I have to be honest.. I AM SLOW… and I havent done any other excercise besides walking. Trust me the thoughts have crossed my mind but I lack the motivation and the endurance… I think that the lighter I get the easier it will be. I do however do situps before bed every night.. and some weight lifting and I bought last weekend a exercise ball… its real fun even just to sit and watch tv on it :)
